Return Policy

 

Products sold by GAMEBREAKERZ are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified in the special exceptions section below. Please note that GAMEBREAKERZ does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer.

In any case, refunds CANNOT be accepted when the UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is missing and or altered for ANY reason.  Products that are returned to GAMEBREAKERZ with a missing, damaged, or altered serial number or UPC code will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by GAMEBREAKERZ must accompany all returns.
    • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
    • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
    • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories.
    • GAMEBREAKERZ will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • GAMEBREAKERZ will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
    • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
    • Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
    • After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
    • Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.

 

 

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

CPU | Hard Drives | Memory | Monitors

    • Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
    • 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
    • Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can be returned for repair / replacement.
    • All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.
    • Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for return.

Desktop PC | Notebook PC | Video Game Consoles  

    • NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in these categories.
    • Arrangement for a replacement for defective items only must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.  
    • Any item in this category that is returned for replacement but is found to have no problems will be returned at the buyer’s expense.  You should be certain in you decision to purchase a Desktop PC/ Notebook PC and must agree to this police before completing your order.  By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

 Video Game Software | PC Software

    • GAMEBREAKERZ only accepts returns for refunds on UNOPENED RETAIL SOFTWARE / VIDEO GAMES.
    • OEM software is NON-Refundable once purchased and delivered.  OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed.  Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms iof the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support.  GAMEBREAKERZ is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective.  Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.
    • Arrangement for a replacement for defective items only must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.  

Bundled Items

    • When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.
    • Arrangement for a return must be made within 7-days from the date the item is shipped.
    • Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
    • All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If GAMEBREAKERZ is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

SALES POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order at GAMEBREAKERZ, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at GAMEBREAKERZ, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized GAMEBREAKERZ to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. GAMEBREAKERZ reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMEBREAKERZ AND OTHER SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
